It’s been three years since the Bellas became the first all-female group to win a national title. When they get banned after a scandal that threatens their last year at Barden, the Bellas worry that this time they’ve lost for good.

The first was a hit, is this one also? I don’t think so. Unlike the first one where it was full of comedy and great music, this one didn’t quite get it right. Actors such as Anna Kendrick , Rebel Wilson and the newcomer Hailee Stenfeld’s acting were one of the few highpoints in the movie. When I watched it I wasn’t really paying attention the whole time. The movie didn’t really grip you to watch what’s going to happen or what is happening. It’s good but not really great. I actually was expecting it to be awesome and much bigger than the first one. Sure I laughed a few times, but it wasn’t a “my stomach hurts laugh.”
