4.1/5 RATING

Jim Gordon (Benjamin McKenzie) is a rising detective in corrupt Gotham City. Brave, honest and determined to prove himself, Jim hopes to return the city to the glamorous and purer version. Jim promises Bruce (David Mazouz), when his parents were murdered that he will find the person responsible. The corrupt justice system in Gotham has strong links to Thomas and Martha Wayne’s murder. Jim and his partner, Detective Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue), must navigate the dirty politics of Gotham's justice system, while trying to uncover the Wayne’s murder.

Gotham is a series that any Superhero, comic-book fanatic should watch. The dark setting and story, is perfectly suited for a pre-Batman era. The acting, action and drama takes grip of the attention of the viewer and it holds you there. It shouldn’t end soon because it’s amazing to watch. Some people complain about the darkness of the characters, but that’s how Batman movies, games and series are. Like I said it’s suits a pre-Batman era perfectly.
